Child Safety Point of Contact

Ludenbook prohibits any use of the service to create, upload, share, request, promote, normalize, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
This standard applies to profiles, reviews, comments, lists, messages, links, media, usernames, and any other user-generated activity on the platform.
Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, manipulated, or illustrated sexualized depictions of minors.
Any grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or predatory behavior targeting a minor.
Any attempt to sexualize a minor, obtain sexual imagery of a minor, or use the service to facilitate offline abuse or exploitation.
Any content that depicts, encourages, glorifies, or exchanges sexual activity involving a minor.
Ludenbook may remove violating content, restrict distribution, suspend features, permanently ban accounts, and preserve relevant records for safety review.
Where appropriate and consistent with applicable law, Ludenbook may escalate reports to law enforcement or relevant child-safety authorities.
Users can report safety issues through the public abuse intake at /report-abuse or by emailing the contact below.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately before or in parallel with reporting to Ludenbook.
